About Us

The company started its operation in 1994 as JMV Agrovet Corporation, distributing animal vaccines and veterinary products. From a humble beginning as a local distributor in Bulacan, the company was able to develop the market and it has grown all the way to becoming a national distributor covering Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

The Corporate group under the MSA group composes of MSA Agrisolution Incorporated, Surehealth Veterinary Marketing Co, and Aquarius 168, Inc., all companies serving the industry ensuring that providing quality products and services will bridge the gap needed by the market to improve livestock production.

What We Do

We sell PRODUCTIVITY SOLUTIONS to local producers by distributing veterinary biologicals, pharmaceuticals, premixes, and other chemicals that will help improve local livestock production.

We offer free technical advice to our clients to ensure specific problems and solution recommendations for our client to minimize their cost of production. This is our way of building trust and commitment to our clients and build a longer and stronger relationship.

John Marc M. Andaya, DVM, ME

Doc JM is not your ordinary Veterinarian because aside from his fondness for animals, he also loves being an entrepreneur. He has a passion in helping people and also loves challenges. He is currently heading the company's operation and plans to grow the company to become one of the most sought after animal health company in the Philippines. When not at work, he is a passionate golfer.

Ellsie Andaya, CPA, MBA

known as Ma'am Ellsie in the industry and at work, she is the driving force behind the success of MSA group. Equipped with her CPA background and pure grit and foresight on business operations, she was able to grow the business from being a distributor in Bulacan into handling the national distributorship of veterinary drugs and vaccines. When not at work, she enjoys taking care of her family and has a passion on being a Plantita.

Vincent Marc M. Andaya, RCh, MD, MBA

Dr Vincent or Dr Vince holds various educational degree in his long list of achievement, being a licensed chemist, a medical doctor and an MBA graduate. He is also a very tech-savvy person and heads the admin and IT team and is the one that headed the process upgrading of the company. Currently joggling his time between saving lives by practicing his medical degree and managing the business by introducing process improvement thru technological upgrades.
